We are in week 3 of our “Simply Christmas” series, leaning into the different aspects of the celebration of Advent. The word advent means “the arrival of a notable person, thing, or event.” And of course, we celebrate the season of advent because of the arrival of Jesus, who came to bring us hope, joy, love, and peace.

Laura opened up the advent series a couple of weeks ago with the promise of Hope. Last week Julie shared with us her story of seeking and finding Joy in the midst of grief. This week, we will converge around the arrival of Love. Let’s get to it!
