Forgiveness is something I've struggled with since I can remember. When I read the love verses in 1 Corinthians 13, verse 5 reminds me how important forgiveness is if I am to be like Christ. Two different Bible versions say it in ways that have really caught my attention: "Love…will hardly even notice when others do it wrong" (TLB) and "Love…is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]."
