Love In Action Ministries

Most people know the most famous verse in the Bible, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” - John 3:16

But, do you really know Jesus? Do you really know who He is? On today's Love In Action Ministries Podcast, Ken takes us a little deeper by looking at some doctrines of Christology, which is a theological study devoted to answering two questions – Who is Jesus (His identity)? And what is the nature and significance of what Jesus accomplished in the incarnation?

We have been fielding more questions recently about how individuals and churches can volunteer here at Love In Action. In this episode of the Love In Action Ministries Podcast, Ken answers those questions. The more volunteers and resources we have, the more we can do. Come join us.

Ken teaches about extremely important topics today on this episode of the Love In Action Ministries Podcast. You can't talk about salvation without talking about the Trinity, and the Trinity is something that many people have very little understanding about. Like Ken says, we won't ever fully understand the Trinity, but we can have a better understanding about our Triune God.

Ken teaches about "Cultural Christianity" in this episode of the Love In Action Ministries Podcast. Many people who think they're saved, aren't, because of cultural Christianity, which means people view Christianity as a cultural identity rather than a personal relationship with God. They say they believe, but don't live like it.

On this episode of the Love In Action Ministries Podcast, Ken gives God all the praise for an amazing first half of this year. Souls saved, people following Jesus in baptism, more people involved in discipleship classes, thousands of people in need helped with meals and groceries. Just so much God has done so far this year, and we know He has even more amazing plans for the rest of this year.

We read in the Bible how the Israelites didn't listen to God's instructions and remained in bondage. But when they finally listened, they entered the Promised Land. Our homeless friends and many of us have a hard time receiving the Good News when trapped in bondages. But if we keep showing people the love of Jesus and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them, some of their eyes will finally be opened, and they can break free and discover real life that only comes from Jesus.

The Love In Action Devotional airs weekly on the Alabama Joy FM. Thank you Weed Man for sponsoring our radio ministry.
