Too Much Sex and Not Enough Story

This book wasnt for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Young sexually inexperienced reader without expectations for literary construct.

Would you be willing to try another book from Sandi Lynn? Why or why not?

Not unless I spoke to her personally or received assurance that she would not use the word "grab" ever again or the phrase "there was a nock at the door." Way too much repetitious dialog!

What didnt you like about Sandra Michelle and Angelo Carillo s performance?

Too flat

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Love in Between?

All the sex scenes after the first leaving only illusions to the fact that the they took place if even that was necessary. Read "The Bridges of Madison County."

Any additional comments?

The only reason I finished the book was to see what happened, which was not too inspiring or fulfilling. After the first sex I fast forwarded through similar events. I am certainly not against literary sexual material if it contributes to the story and does not become the story itself.

Great story

What made the experience of listening to Love in Between the most enjoyable?

The characters. They are unique and heartbreaking at times. Each one having survived and overcome adversity.

What other book might you compare Love in Between to and why?

I believe each book that I review stands on its own merit. Comparisons between other books would not be fair to the authors that write them.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was when his niece "interrupts them". It made me laugh. She was smart beyond her years and oh so funny. I love her bluntness.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The HEA always move me. True love does prevail and not just in books.

Any additional comments?

I never get compensated for any of my reviews and have not been offered this or any other book for free in exchange for my review. Yes I give a lot of high marks, but that is mainly because if it not good I can't bring myself to finish.

No need for a second book

I really enjoyed the first half of this story.
