Todays episode I give a personal example of body based resistance toward change. Even though this change is something my body is longing for, uncovering the animalistic concerns from the body allows me the possibility for enhanced and customized support. I went on this journey of uncovering using EFT something I was introduced to at a place called Unleash! I dive into what this place was for me, some ways it’s been a catalyst and the role it plays in my understanding.

In this episode im giving you a life update! I went to Europe?? I quit my job?? I've started embodiment school?? 

This was all very challenging to do considering it required major shifting of my belief's. 

Ultimately though leaning into the tension has allowed my imagination to actualize.
