God has given us his word as a defense against fear... When situations are out of control or intolerable the enemy will try and take advantage of you by instilling fear.. But, the devil is a lie!! You have a God who loves you and promised to never leave you or forsake you... When ever fear is present... Let Gods love break it's hold! 

1 John 4:18

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
