Salam vert, physical touch, quality time, acts of service, words of affirmation, receiving gifts, all these are the five love languages that are being expressed in relationships be it romantic or platonic, Adeyemi and I had a discussion about our love languages in order of preference, how we've shown it to people, how we've expressed it to other people, how it's expressed differently in African households in comparison to Western households and also how we can come to compromise if the person we're in a relationship with doesn't have the same love language(s) as we do.
