In this week's episode, we dive deep into love languages, what they are, what they mean and how you can effectively use them to significantly improve (all) your relationships.
Did you know we all have a different love language? As well as an apology language ?
Meaning you might feel seen, appreciated or show love in ways that differ from your partner or your friends and family.
There are 5 Love Languages according to Gary Chapman:
💘Words of Affirmation
💘Receiving Gifts
💘Acts of Service
💘Quality Time
💘Physical Touch
We respond to all of them but in different order of importance.
Having this knowledge can be very enlightening as it highlights why we can feel unappreciated or misunderstood at times: we just don’t speak the same language as our closed ones !
Learning about them gives us an advantage into knowing how we show love & how we want to be loved.
It makes it easier to ask for what we need when we know about them, doesn't it?
