Jonniemaerose is a talented singer songwriter with a “sultry, smokey voice.” She comes from Sacramento, California where she has been singing her entire life as a worship leader. She was inspired by the great artist such as Phyllis Hymen and Sting, Sade, Pink Floyd, and Mahalia Jackson to mention a few. In 2018, she met Derek “DOA” Allen, a Grammy award winning producer and they began collaborating on her recent project. She has currently released two singles. The first Loving You and the second  Candy Koss. Jonniemaerose’s mission is to bring love and light into the world through music. When not in the studio, Jonniemaerose can be found with her 2nd grade students or enjoying a hike along the Sacramento River. Jonniemaerose has a new single coming out in June. It is a remake of the classic song Holding Back the Years by Simply Red. You will also see the Jonniemaerose Band playing at Fixin’s and the Oak Park Brewery this summer. Jonniemaerose is a women on a mission and ready for it.
