  • 17. The Paradox in Submission

There is great power in submission, when there is trust and masculine provision and protection.

There is exploitation of the feminine because there is a very fine line between abuse and violence, which is the greatest source of feminine pain, and empowered, respectful dominance, which is the greatest source of feminine pleasure.

  • 16. Three Layers to a Divine Union Relationship

Welcome to SEASON 2! We're going deeper, more tantric, spiritual and energetic in our relationships.

In this episode, we'll look into what it takes to have a deeper spiritual relationship with someone; a relationship that isn't just short-term, surface level and convenient until it's not.

I call this the Divine Union. In order to create a soulful partnership with another person, you need to understand the divine principles of masculine and feminine energies that govern everything in the Universe.

Then, you need to have a "Divine Union" relationship within yourself and with God/Goddess/Universe/Source.

With these pre-requisites, you'll be able to attract and grow with a divine counterpart that is a richer experience than you've ever had.

  • 15. Why we actually DO NOT manifest the love life we desire

We sabotage the desires we have:

    My story of sabotage.

Current identity vs the desired identity. (Safety & comfort but being unsatisfied, vs the desire even though it's scary.)

If you break your "rules" you are filled with guilt.

We create rules based on our family of origin and our childhood. We created rules based on what kept us safe as kids.

Even though you're taking the actions to manifest & create the desired results, you're not getting there due to the guilt and vibrational disconnect.

  • 12. Relationships as the Curriculum: Healing Through Love and Connection
    1. Yes, Healing is Important—But Not the Only Path:   Doing inner work before entering a relationship is valuable. The partner we attract often mirrors our current level of healing and self-awareness. A relationship built on this foundation can be more aligned and mutually supportive.

    2.  Healing Unfolds Within a Relationship: Being in a relationship provides unique triggers and opportunities for growth.

    3. Triggers as Mirrors: Small situations, like a partner’s actions, can awaken unresolved fears and insecurities. For instance, a partner not being affectionate may trigger feelings of rejection, or a partner taking a break might trigger feelings of financial insecurity. These experiences bring shadows to light.

    4. Higher Mind vs. Ego in Healing: Discuss the role of the higher mind and the ego in the healing process.
      1. The Ego tends to resist these triggers, wanting to avoid discomfort.
      2. The Higher Mind sees these triggers as opportunities for growth, choosing to embrace them and approach them with curiosity.
      3. Shadows that Only Emerge Through Partnership:
      4. Some shadows are only activated in a relationship. These deep-rooted aspects of ourselves, like the need for validation or security, often only come to the surface when we’re vulnerable and invested in another person.
      5. Curiosity in the Face of Triggers:
    5. Adopting a mindset of curiosity when faced with triggers. Instead of viewing them as something to fix immediately, consider them as clues, gently showing us where healing is needed.

  • 11. The Power of Polarity: Feminine and Masculine Energies
    1. Definition of Energies:
      • Feminine energy: Flow, intuition, receptivity, creativity, connection.
      • Masculine energy: Structure, direction, action, decisiveness, and protection.
    • These energies are not about gender—they’re universal forces present in everyone.
    • Real-Life Examples:
      • Feminine energy in action: Being emotionally open, enjoying the present moment. (Just being…pregnant in boca chica)
      • Masculine energy in action: Taking the lead, problem-solving, planning.

    2. Why Polarity Is Essential in Relationships

    • Explanation of Polarity:
      • The magnetic pull that arises from the contrast between feminine and masculine energies.
      • How polarity fuels attraction and passion in relationships.
    • The Balance Myth:
      • Relationships need a "perfect balance" of energies—it's more about fluidity and alignment.
    • Common Imbalances:
      • Too much masculine energy in both partners: Power struggles and competition.
      • Too much feminine energy in both partners: Lack of direction and decision-making.

    3.  How to Embrace Your Dominant Energy

    • For Women Stepping Into Feminine Energy:
      • Tips: Practice vulnerability, nurture creativity, embrace intuition, and receive with grace.
      • Mindset shift: Releasing the need to control everything.
    • For Men (or Women) Stepping Into Masculine Energy:
      • Tips: Cultivate confidence, set goals, lead with integrity, and create a safe emotional space.
      • Mindset shift: Balancing strength with emotional awareness.

    4. . Practical Tools to Enhance Polarity in Relationships

    • For Singles:
      • Reflect on which energy feels most natural to you.
      • Cultivate self-awareness of when you’re stepping into your masculine or feminine energy.
    • For Couples:
      • Exercises: Daily rituals for polarity (e.g., one partner plans a date while the other focuses on presence and connection).
      • Communicate openly about how each partner can honor their dominant energy.

  • 10. Liking the Men We Love: The Secret to Attracting Better Men
    1. The Influence of Collective Resentment:
      • Societal movements and the empowerment of women have sometimes led to subconscious resentments or judgments toward men.
      • Unresolved feelings around past experiences of control, betrayal, and abandonment can lead women to distrust or even subtly disrespect men.
    2. Subtle Disrespect & Its Impact:
      • Behaviors like playful mocking, judgment, criticism, controlling, and “mothering” can signal disrespect.
      • These behaviors can wound a man’s need to feel respected and trusted—a need that is fundamental to the masculine psyche.
    3. Understanding Masculine Needs:
      • Men have an innate need for their thoughts and actions to be respected. When this need is unmet, it can lead to compliant, overly passive men or defiant, controlling, and even abusive men.
    4. Wounded Energy and Attraction Patterns:
      • Unhealed trauma in women can lead them to attract men they feel they can control or men they subconsciously set out to change.
      • However, truly empowered men don’t allow themselves to be controlled or emasculated—they value boundaries and mutual respect.
    5. The Power of Genuine Admiration:
      • A shift in focus to appreciating men’s inherent qualities creates an entirely different dynamic.
      • Celebrate qualities of the divine masculine: honoring his strength, courage, loyalty, and desire to support.
    6. Practical Ways to Show Admiration:
      • Notice and compliment these positive qualities in men.
      • This admiration communicates openness and respect, making it more likely for a confident, self-assured man to respond positively.
