In this episode I challenge my listeners to leave their comfort zones and reflect on past or current situations that may not be the easiest to do. While doing so I offer ways to find light in even the darkest of tunnels, that being our experiences. With that comes peace, with peace comes happiness. Everyone is deserving of happiness.
