In this episode we tackle the complicated question that is "love or codependency" as someone who was in a codependent relationship blindly for years it was really difficult for me to come to the conclusion that maybe it wasn't ever love. Sometimes we are so stuck believing that we cannot function with a relationship that we don't take that step back to properly analyze the situation.
