I like to begin today with a question:

What has been your biggest REASON FOR NOT wearing or wearing the MASK?

For me it's my grandbabies, Sydney she is 12 and Ethan is 8.  My son Calvin wore his mask but caught covid-19 while hosting a lady friend and her two kids at his home.

But this message today is not about what is on your FACE, but what is in your HEART?

Here's a quote from James Baldwin:, "Love takes off the MASKS that we fear we cannot live without (love) and know we cannot live within."

If you didn't wear your mask, until someone in your family got sick or past, never regret your mistakes, admire the courage it took to attempt the unknown.

The good book says in Colossians 3:14, " And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."

To differentiate between "equality and equivalence- equality means the type and value are the same;

while equivalence means that just the VALUES are the same. Therefore, inequality means minus of BOTH TYPE AND VALUE for people of color.

            Twelve days into the fast, and I am riding high off my blessings and favor, but I must be careful not to insert my will over God’s will. Well, that thought lasted for a minute, because I did not ask God if it were his will for me to get a seasonal job with Jackson Hewitt, or buy that mini truck, which would be neglecting my commitment to keeping a 3.0 GPA or higher, to achieve the calling on my life and maximizing the experience and education to assist others in accomplishing the same. God’s will for us is to be deployed, not just employed, out in the world to demonstrate how your gift will make room for you and bring you before great men and opportunities, while making room for ours at the same time.
