God sees you as valuable and worthy, that is the reason He could part with His only begotten son as a substitute for you.

Never look down on yourself regardless of the fact that you are presently on the ground. You can rise again.

To genuinely love yourself, you must love Jesus. Loving yourself outside Jesus will only give room for selfishness and self-centeredness.
