Ever wondered one of the reasons why the Lord prepares a table before you in the presence of your enemies? In this episode, we learn it’s not for you to get the glory. It’s not for you to brag and boast. It’s not even for you to spread all over the media to reveal what the Lord has done. It’s so that your good works may be seen and your Father in Heaven may get the glory. What purpose does it serve if we post on social media the goodness of God, but can’t spread that same goodness to even our enemies in real life. Sometimes that table prepared is a table full of joy, peace, restoration, love, etc. We have to have a love like Jesus to where even our enemies have a chance to experience God’s goodness. Jesus was a great example in the example of sharing a table and breaking bread with Judas, better yet, washing his feet. This is love and the true meaning of serving..even if it’s at your own table.
