The Nets went up to Toronto and the second half of the home and home after getting drubbed in the first, but this time put up much more of a fight. They ended up losing by one (it was more like four) in what could end up being a critical game for them in the standings. In the third quarter, the team was able to pull away some on the back of huge defensive plays from Nic Claxton, Bruce Brown, and more. But they couldn’t keep it going in the fourth and the offense really bogged down.
