  • Overcomes evil with good (Romans 12:21).

    • Vengeance:

    • Is driven by anger and a desire for retribution (Romans 12:19).
    • Leads to more harm and perpetuates a cycle of violence (Proverbs 24:29).
    • Is discouraged, as God says vengeance belongs to Him (Deuteronomy 32:35).

      • The Bible encourages us to choose love over vengeance, trusting that God will ultimately bring justice in His time and way.
