New year and same us. While this episode is fun and hilarious and a recap of the end of our 2019, it does start by recognizing the loss of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna along with 7 others in a helicopter crash on January 26th. It was truly a tragic event and day and tough days to get through afterwards. We encourage you to keep the families of the 9 souls lost in the crash in your thoughts, in your prayers. Attack each day with ferocity and love. This episode had been recorded prior to Sunday’s tragedy, and is therefore still filled with the standard amount of goofiness you’ve come to expect from us.
