LOVE YOURSELF.  Simple.  But, it is also complicated too.  Sometimes we diminish our own value and we put everyone and their needs before our own.  Maybe you even cling on to old belief systems or use destructive language which complicates loving yourself.  

In this solo episode Karey shares her lived experience and how she learned to love herself more completely by doing a simple exercise to identify negative patterns and to get rid of them.

Loving yourself - it's that simple and yet, it is that complicated.  BUT it is always worth it.
