I say in my intro that pathological liars keep track of their lies. To clarify what I meant here is pathological liars start to believe in their lies, not that they are aware of the fact they are lying. However as I've mentioned, I'm not an expert in psychology , so there may be some pathological liars who are aware that they lie.
