Loving Boundaries

If you’re a people pleaser like me, saying no can be a terrifying thing.

When we’re feel⁠ing overwhelmed⁠, depleted⁠, exhausted⁠ and uninspired⁠, it's a sign to set a boundary.

The first boundary to start with is to say no.

Saying “no,” in a kind way, is the most honest and loving thing you can do for the other person and for yourself, so you can show up more fully when you do say “yes” to something.

I hope today’s meditation brings more clarity to your needs.

What can you lovingly say NO to, so you can say YES to yourself?
