Today, I want to gift you with a meditation that will allow you to receive some important loving kindness. We can find in challenging times that our minds fill so quickly with anxiety and worry. In healing, and continuing to heal I have found meditation to be a beautiful modality that allows my mind to be freshened up with loving kindness instead of anxiety, worry and suffering.
