Loving Kindness meditation

You meditate? Love how astrology helps you in your life? And you are sensitive to the energy of your chakra's? Then this podcast is definitely for you! What makes this guided meditation different from many others is that it integrates astrology with how the moon effects our chakra's and this combination makes every guided meditation unique. I'll offer you questions for personal introspection and using affirmations you can empower the themes touching on your personal life. The purpose of these guided meditations is to empower self, become more confident and kind towards ourselves and others, and to join in a group of like-minded friends that hope to contribute to a better world for all. But to do so, we must be the change we want to see and we should be willing to see things differently. These meditations can best be listened with head-phones while sitting in a comfortable chair. By using special beats and frequencies these meditations help to entrain the brainwaves and reach a higher state of consciousness faster and easier.
