The New Year’s energy has already set the tone—and it’s clear we’ve been placed on our paths intentionally. My calling this year is to speak, teach, and lead more openly through my platforms, while also committing to deeper physical and internal healing.
In this episode, I unpack a powerful reminder I received from those around me: healers must be solid within before they can truly support others. I share how being encouraged to be more intense with my own self-work reshaped my understanding of discipline, embodiment, and responsibility as a guide for others.
This episode is about accountability, alignment, and honoring the work within—so the work you do outwardly can be impactful and sustainable.

Self-hate is running rampant—in the news, in our communities, and quietly within the lives of so many people just trying to survive. Too few take the time to look inward, so they create from their pain instead of their peace.
In this podcast, I share real conversations and reflections about healing from the inside out. I talk about how I once used my own trauma to project onto others—and what it took to stop. Loving Yourself To Life is about doing the inner work: learning to face what hurt you, forgive what shaped you, and finally become who you were created to be.
If you’re ready to transform your pain into purpose and your self-doubt into self-love, this space is for you.
