There are some days that are low. There's no other way to explain it. Those are the days where it feels like there is a heaviness on my shoulders. In this episode I will share how I handle low days.
In the past I use to fill that gap with temporary lifts such as distracting myself with time wasters, things that add nothing to my life. You name it, mindless television, obsession with chasing girls, porn, whatever would distract my mind from the lowness. And it worked for a little while but here's the problem with these temporary lifts, eventually, they always leave you lower than you were in the first place!
I've grown since then though, now, I know how to better deal with low days and assess where the heaviness may be coming from. There's 3 areas that usually serves as clear indicators. Tune in to this week's episode to hear more!
