This episode has been a long time coming, and I’m honestly a little nervous sharing it because it’s vulnerable. It’s never easy to share about our own personal struggles, but I know that I have such a beautiful community and that it will be landing with you with compassion.
I want to add a disclaimer here that whatever your challenges are, that if they are real to you, then that is enough. We don’t need to be validated in our struggle. Whether it's harder or easier than someone else's is irrelevant. What matters is how we feel, and how we’re moving through it.
