The latest monthly update from the Bureau of Competition’s Premerger Notification Office (PNO) regarding Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act transactions for June 2022 notes 210 reported transactions. This is the second-highest number of monthly reported transactions in the month of June between FY 2001 and FY 2022. However, it is lower than the reported 295 June transactions in the previous fiscal year of 2021.
