Today, Lowell announced that this would be his final broadcast.
In typical Lowell fashion, he doesn't draw attention to that but instead puts the focus on the students in Ontario's schools who are being put in the middle of a contract dispute, despite all they have been through during Covid 19.
Your calls, and your comments, of course, make up the conversation. A conversation that will continue Monday when I begin a new journey in my broadcast career. I invite you to be part of it.
Thank you Lowell. Not just for taking a chance on me and on BTR, but for the countless things you have stood up for, made happen, and for the countless conversations you've had that made our city, our province and this country a better place.
