In today's pregnancy JSJ meditation, I explore two different self-care JSJ holds that reduce fatigue. I practice emotional freedom techniques that help alleviate feelings and emotions of fear surrounding pregnancy and your unborn baby. With JSJ holds and breath awareness, we can easily shift our state of being both mentally and physically. I've always accidentally stuffed down emotions instead of just feeling and witnessing them in order for them to be released. In this pregnancy guided meditation, I start with breath awareness, then allowing feelings of fear to be witnessed, then shifting states with therapeutic methods, then bonding with the baby moment, and then back to therapeutic methods. These two holds I practice in today's episode would be great holds to practice at night and during moments of overwhelm during your pregnancy.
