Mango: seasonal fruit

Rich in 20 nutrients

Raw mango is excellent in cooking

Ripe mango is great to make drinks, topper for oatmeal, chia pudding, smoothies

Drink: Panah

Mango 1/2 cup

1/8th tsp ginger powder

Dash of black pepper

Dash of salt

Puree it in a blender

In a tall grass pour 2 tbsp of the puree and add sparkling soda or ice  cold water. Mix gently and enjoy!
