Lilly moved here from Arizona specifically to study winemaking to apply to mead-making. While in school, she also helped launch a Meadery in Whales, UK.  Oran Mor Meads in Roseburg was launched in 2015 and they are now one of the top Meaderies in the state producing award-winning mead. They focus on producing Meads and Honey wines from local and varietal honey and farm direct, using local PNW fruit and spices. Lilly is also currently involved in helping teach the Mead Program at UC Davis.
