- Train your brain - Develop habits to keep your mind sharp
- Keep Sharpening the saw - Continue educating yourself through different means..classes, podcasts, webinars, books, etc.
- Keep Moving - Our motion creates our emotion and creates oxygen flow
- Sleep - Resting effectively allows us to sustain our excellence
