Ryan is a nutritional therapist, his philosophy is very different  from the ‘typical” nutritional therapists approach. Looking at the whole picture he incorporates the best from nutritional therapy using a functional medicine model, ancestral wisdom, utilising mother nature, modern technology and biohacking interventions, quantifiable fitness and dietary strategies to get the quality of your life to as great as it can get, a complete embodiment of that he is being healthy,happy and fit, loving life, constantly learning and being a student, and impacting up to 448k+ people alone on his instragram @livevitae.
After going through his own journey of poor health, getting mold toxicity, dealing with a combined eating disorder and exercise addiction, contracting food poisoning from an unknown pathogen on a holiday and mercury toxicity from devouring large amounts of raw bluefin tuna. Trying the conventional route of modern medicine Ryan made little progress until working with a nutritional therapist when a light bulb moment happened. This was the catalyst for Ryan's first steps towards gaining optimal health and gave him a vision to put his mind body and soul into creating Live Vitae, a health and lifestyle coaching platform which enabled him to change his life and build a platform to help others for the better from his own experience and knowledge he gathered on his journey.
