Its 2020 and we have never been so connected via Digital Technology. Our world is now drenched with the Internet, Phones, Laptops, TVs, Gaming Consoles and so on. These inventions are wonderful and very powerful tools we have been given. Although with all this new connectivity to Digital Tech we have never been so disconnected as humans socially with our relationships to loved ones, friends, ourselves and random individuals. We are digitally distracted from our work and Learning, experiencing and putting forth our creativity into the world. Digital Tech is wasting an immense amount of our TIME. Our most valuable asset in this life. The average person spends upwards to 6-12 hours on tech a day!! Apart from wasting our time when not using it as a tool, Tech is also showing to have negative effects on our health and wellbeing, specifically on our mental health.
This is not our fault though! Digital Technology doesn't come with a manual or Guide on how to use it as the incredible tool it is, How to use it healthily, how to be in control and use it mindfully.
