Welcome to a new segment added to the podcast. The original idea came from a big inspiration of mine Aubrey Marcus in his book Own The Day, Own Your Life in which we speaks about the concept of "Mind-Fill-Ness" meaning filling the mind with education and new ideas.Turning dead time to alive time. Maximising your opportunities throughout your days when you may have some dead-time (Commute to work, Toilet break, Walking,Shower etc) and turning it into alive time by listening to Educational Audio content and leveling yourself up. Robin Sharma another big inspiration of mine refers to this as Traffic University. That is where im really driving at with this segment. Small simple educational snacks, easy to digest, actionable steps you can listen to whenever you have 5-15 minutes and implement right into your life. Ill be dropping content from things im learning and studying and also taking out the golden education from conversations with guests and package them into a recap with actionable steps to take.

So for the first episode i wanted to start with our Health element and give you guys 3 big things you can do to maximise your sleep , if you've listened to this podcast before you'd know that health is the foundation to becoming our best selves, it gives us the ability to maximise our capacity to express our fullest potential, its the fuel, the soil to growing a thriving garden, the base on which you build upon. Which is also why i wanted to talk about sleep because sleep is the foundation on which exercise and nutrition sit and cannot be overlooked.
