In today's solo episode i dive into what our 3 bodies are and creating a 3 body workout from the Integral Life Practice book. I personally believe this type of workout/training is an optimal way to maximise our transformation in this time we are living in.Its also super flexible and customisable to your individual needs and liking. Rather than just focusing on our Gross, Physical body and material reality we can integrate our Subtle and Causal Body to work on our interior realities. Combining all aspects of the human being and Working IN with just as much passion as we do working OUT is important if we want to move towards our greatest selves.
