Self-love or "love of self" or "regard for one's own happiness or advantage" has both been conceptualized as a basic human necessity.
Self-love means that you accept yourself fully for who you are, treat yourself with kindness and with deep respect and reverence , and nurture your growth, health and well being.
Self-love encompasses not only how you treat yourself but also your thoughts and feelings about yourself. Having many insecurities about parts of myself , self love was something i struggled with for years. I didn't love who i was through my distorted perception at the time. Now, through doing these practices combined with many other elements over the last few years i couldn't love and be insanely happy with myself more !! The relationship we have with ourselves is the most important one we have and we want to make sure its full of love,respect and kindness. LOVE YOURSELF.

  • Eating Healthy and Caring for your health.
  • Gratitude for self journal.
  • Do not compare yourself in general to others.
  • Spending more alone time, building a loving relationship with yourself.

Self-love is gigantic topic. I would of love to have gone all in but this would've been a 2 hour + solo episode. I hope this 15min brings you immense value !!
