Having good Digestive health is critical as it’s through your digestive system in which you absorb all the amazing nutrients, Vitamins & Minerals from foods that keep you functioning at an extraordinary level. Your digestive system is one of the biggest systems in the body. 
I would personally say it starts with our eyes and smell (seeing food and smelling food signals to the body food is in coming) It then moves into your mouth all the way down to your anus.
