In this week’s episode of Let’s Talk Black Excellence we catch up with proud Bundjalung man, Paul Dodd who owns a number of businesses and shares his journey in the Indigenous business sector.

Starting out in the early days of education Paul was one of the early practitioners of Cultural Awareness Training starting his business Corporate Culcha. Later on, moving into the workwear PPE and supplier space with Geared Up Culcha and more recently becoming an owner of Yaru Water. Seen out there in retail outlets and shares the journey of the company to upscale to meet the needs of the corporate sector while using this as a touch point to share and celebrate First Nations culture worldwide.
