The original pre-COVID episode is a deep dive into the Italian, Lancaster based, LUCA. Delicious food and drinks plus an atmosphere that’s hard to beat. Hoping to return in person some day soon, so until then, enjoy the conversation and company from a time when actually going out to eat was a real thing. 

This episode's Signature Cocktail is the Aperol Spritz. To make your own, you will need:

2 oz Aperol

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Soda or Mineral Water

Prosecco

Orange Slices (Optional)

Olive (Optional)

Pour Aperol & lime juice over ice. Add soda water and top off with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice and an olive if desired.
