This week I sit down with Lucas Mack, CEO of 4th Avenue Media, Author, Speaker, Podcaster, Healer, and TEDx Alumni. Lucas discusses his work that is focused on being a healing catalyst for people, but especially for men who are carrying concealed trauma. We discuss his early childhood upbringing in a mixed religious household and how he left religion to find God. Lucas tells us how he's using his own lived experiences of healing his past childhood wounding and trauma to help, heal, and liberate people.
