Lucas Snow left the family farm on Wickepin in October last year for a family holiday to Melbourne. After falling ill, Lucas was diagnosed with Lekaemia and hasn't yet returned home as he is now recieving intensive treament in Perth.

Lucas was the 2016 Purple Haze Star at the Fremantle game on the weekend and it provided a great distraction and moment of excitement for Lucas and his parents. 

I chatted to his Mum, Philippa, on Wake Up this morning.
