If you're under the age of 25, you should be able to lucid dream much more easily. There are several reasons for this, but it only works if you KNOW them and take advantage of your age, to have more lucid dreams.   If you want to learn how to lucid dream, and you're under that age, watch this video. To be honest though, these tips will also apply if you're OVER the age of 25 and are not a teenager or kid for example.

What is Lucid Dreaming, and who am I?
