Controlling your dreams is epic, feel and experience anything, BUT, it Can be confusing many get reality checks wrong.

Lucid dreaming is when you KNOW that you are dreaming. 

A reality check or ‘test’ is a way to test if you are dreaming. 

For example, you can look at your hands and count your fingers. 

In a dream, your fingers might be different sizes or shapes. 

So if you reality check and your fingers look normal, then you know you’re not dreaming.
