Former army officer Chris Moon lives with just one arm and one leg after he was injured in a minefield accident in Mozambique.

Today he inspires people to take control of their lives no matter what challenges they face, never to play the victim, and he encourages people to count their blessings and smile to promote good mental health outcomes.

Chris came to Petersfield to speak to students at Churcher's College. Shine Radio's Stephen Martin met him there.
