Lucy Adams has been essential to the development of women's skateboarding in the UK.
She was England's first professional female skateboarder and had started in 1997 when it was rare to see another girl at a skatepark.
Recently she has stepped down as Chair of Skateboard England and Skateboard UK, now acting as Progression Project Lead.
She's working closely with Sky Brown who is TeamGB's hopeful for Olympic glory at skateboarding's debut in this year's Games.
