Do you think of doves when you think of moonlight? ...no? Okay, maybe it was a stretch. BUT my best friend and I decided to drink  palomas ("dove" in Spanish) while listening to Beethoven's "Moonlight" sonata.

Paloma: 2 oz Tequila, 2 oz grapefruit juice, 1 oz lime juice, 1/2 oz cilantro simple syrup - shake, strain over ice, then top with some grapefruit soda (we used lacroix)
