Last Tuesday, the 6th of January, is an important celebration of the gospel in much of the world. Most of us don’t keep it, and many of us have no clue. But the purpose of this party is central to our text today.
There is a major party theme that runs through the whole of the Bible. We’ll hear of it today. And then learn explicitly what God wants us to celebrate.
