This episode looks at Luke 2:30, “for my eyes have seen your salvation.” Simeon can rest peacefully because he knows that he has seen God’s deliverance. May we desire to see God deliver us and others from captivity to the world, the flesh, and the devil, and may we also seek out freedom and liberation for physical captives as well.
