In this episode, Luke tells his story from being in the wine industry to ending up as Brewmaster without ever homebrewing. Luke explains the lab that is currently running at TrimTab. The group discusses a Spicy Pumpkin Wheat beer that TrimTab brewed. Later, Luke discusses the culture of TrimTab and the benefits of having the draft taps in front of the bar instead of behind.
